Creasing and Perforating: Manual
Maverick can supply a wide range of manual Cyklos creasing and perforating machines. These are ideal for small to medium sized print workshops and in-plants, especially if space is at a premium! Easily fitted onto a desk or workstation and small enough to be stored away when not in use, this range of machines includes different width options and creasing, perforating and stapling attachment options.
Creasing, Perforating and Punching: Electric
For larger jobs or printrooms with more space available, we are delighted to offer a range of electric Cyklos creasing and perforating machines. These include options for creasing different thicknesses, touch screen controls with programmatic settings for up to 15 creases per pass, a choice of punching options and even a mobile table.
Folding
Cyklos folding machines suit both office and printroom environments, with compact footprints and easy operation. These cover a variety of size options from A6 to SRA3 and can tackle a range of different fold types from standard letter to double gatefold. The Trifold 360 model is designed to fold up to 350gsm pre-creased card, and can be run inline with a creaser for increased speed and efficiency.
Punching, Diecutting, Calendar and Wire-o
Maverick has always had a particular specialism in wire-o binding, and Cyklos offer an exciting range of equipment to allow offices and printrooms to produce their own wire-bound documents and calendars. We can also supply machines to die-cut awkward shapes, add thumbcuts for calendars and Europunch slots for POS display.
Slitting and Cutting
A useful range of slitting and cutting equipment is also available, including rotary cutters and a versatile card slitting solution. The Card slitter is particularly focussed on the simple and speedy production of business cards; able to slit media up to 400gsm with a cassette system allowing quick and easy tool changing.
Corner Rounding
We are regularly asked for simple, cost-effective solutions to produce attractive rounded corners on documents, and the Cyklos range includes two machine that do just that; a basic model with interchangeable 6, 9 and 12mm radius cutting tools, and a more advanced model with the option for 4, 6, 9, 12, 18 mm radius tools and a straight 28mm tool for 45° angle cutting. The larger model can cut through a variety of substrates up to and including thin metal!
